Holy Cross College (HCC) proudly celebrated the remarkable achievements of its Criminology graduates through a Testimonial and Recognition Ceremony honoring the successful examinees of the February 2026 Licensure Examination for Criminologists (LEC).
The ceremony served not only as a recognition of their professional achievement but also as an avenue for the newly successful criminologists to share their experiences, challenges, sacrifices, and the lessons they gained throughout their journey toward becoming licensed professionals.
The achievement is particularly significant as HCC recorded a 100% passing rate among its first-time takers, while posting an overall passing rate of 81.82%—a performance considerably higher than the 57.56% national passing rate. The Professional Regulation Commission reported that 30,320 out of 45,936 examinees nationwide passed the February 2026 Licensure Examination for Criminologists.
