Holy Cross College (HCC) came together for a double celebration of World Teachers’ Day, as students from different programs across the institution took the lead in honoring the teachers who continue to inspire, guide, and shape the HCCian community.
Held throughout all programs at HCC, the celebration showcased the creativity, appreciation, and initiative of the students, with the active participation of students and campus organizations, Student Government Organizations (PGO, SGO & SSC), and their dedicated advisers.
Each program prepared its own exciting set of games, activities, surprises, and unique prizes specially designed for their teachers. From fun and engaging challenges to lighthearted moments of laughter and camaraderie, the activities gave teachers a chance to enjoy a well-deserved celebration with their students.
Adding even more meaning to the occasion, students also shared their talents through various performances as a special tribute to their teachers. Through music, dance, and other creative presentations, students expressed their gratitude and admiration for the mentors who have been an important part of their academic and personal journey.
The celebration went beyond games and entertainment. It reflected the strong relationship between HCC students and their teachers, while highlighting the spirit of unity and appreciation present across the different programs of the institution.
With students taking the initiative to organize and lead the activities, the celebration became a meaningful demonstration of how HCCians value the people who dedicate themselves to educating, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation.
This year’s World Teachers’ Day celebration reminds everyone that behind every successful student is a teacher who patiently teaches, encourages, and believes.
To all our HCC teachers, thank you for your dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment. This celebration is for you!
Happy World Teachers’ Day, HCC Teachers! 💙💛
