Holy Cross College successfully conducted its College INSET 2026 Team Building Activity, bringing together faculty members and staff in a day dedicated to collaboration, communication, and professional growth. The event served as a meaningful opportunity for participants to strengthen relationships, develop teamwork skills, and renew their commitment to excellence in education.

The program commenced with an opening prayer led by Ferdinand T. Ilag, followed by the National Anthem through an audio-visual presentation. Participants then proudly recited the school’s Philosophy, Mission, and Vision, reaffirming the institution’s core values and educational objectives.

The activity formally opened with inspiring remarks from Dr. Almario B. Garcia, LPT, Dean of the College Department. In his message, he emphasized the importance of unity, cooperation, and continuous professional development in achieving the college’s mission of providing quality education and service to students.

























The introduction of the resource speaker was delivered by Ken Gie Anthony G. Cruel, CPA, MBA, Vice Dean of the College Department. The highlight of the program was the insightful session facilitated by Dionisio Bolisay Jr., who shared valuable perspectives on teamwork, leadership, trust-building, and effective communication. His engaging presentation encouraged participants to reflect on their roles as educators and collaborators within the institution.









Following the learning session, participants enthusiastically engaged in a series of team-building activities designed to foster camaraderie, strategic thinking, and cooperation. Through interactive challenges and collaborative exercises, faculty members demonstrated the spirit of teamwork and mutual support that defines the Holy Cross College community.
In addition to the team-building seminar, faculty members also participated in the preparation and enhancement of their Tables of Specifications (TOS) and course syllabi. This important academic undertaking ensured that learning outcomes, assessment tools, and instructional strategies remained aligned with institutional standards and current educational requirements. Through collaborative discussions and careful planning, faculty members worked together to strengthen the quality of instruction and further promote academic excellence within the College Department.

































The event concluded with closing remarks from Dr. Agnes M. Aquino, who expressed gratitude to all organizers, facilitators, and participants for making the activity successful. The gathering ended with the singing of the school hymn, symbolizing the collective dedication of the College Department to the institution’s vision and goals.






More than just a recreational event, the College INSET 2026 Team Building Activity served as a platform for strengthening professional relationships, enhancing teamwork, and preparing faculty members for the challenges and opportunities of the academic year ahead.
