The halls of Holy Cross College came alive with excitement and renewed energy as students, faculty, staff, and parents officially welcomed the opening of Academic Year 2026–2027 on June 8, 2026.

The first day of classes commenced with the very first Flag Raising Ceremony of the academic year, bringing the HCC community together in a meaningful display of patriotism, unity, and school spirit. The ceremony marked the beginning of another year of learning, growth, and achievement for all HCCians.

Following the flag ceremony, a series of orientation programs were conducted to ensure a smooth and productive start to the school year. Students participated in orientation sessions designed to familiarize them with school policies, academic expectations, campus facilities, and student services. Subject orientations were also conducted by faculty members to introduce course requirements, learning outcomes, and classroom guidelines for the semester.

Simultaneously, parents were given the opportunity to attend a Parents’ Orientation, where important information regarding school programs, policies, and collaborative efforts between the institution and families were discussed. The activity highlighted the vital role of parents as partners in nurturing student success and holistic development.

The successful conduct of these activities reflects Holy Cross College’s commitment to providing a supportive, organized, and student-centered learning environment. As the new academic year unfolds, HCC remains steadfast in its mission of shaping competent, compassionate, and future-ready learners.

To all new and returning students, welcome back to campus! May this academic year be filled with meaningful experiences, academic excellence, and unforgettable memories.
