Update 10-3-2026 11:49PM – Food and creativity came together in a special Dining Experience Booth “Bloom & Bite”, where students prepared and served dishes to selected faculty members. Under the supervision of Ma’am Melanie Ponce & Ma’am Andrea Catacutan, representing the Cookery strand of TLE, students had the opportunity to showcase their culinary talents in a unique and exciting way.

At the booth, faculty members were invited to enjoy a carefully prepared meal created by the students. The dishes were presented with attention to taste, presentation, and creativity. As part of the experience, the faculty members served as judges, evaluating the dishes based on flavor, appearance, and overall dining experience.

The event allowed students to demonstrate essential culinary skills such as food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and customer service. It also emphasized the importance of teamwork and organization in the kitchen. Students worked together to ensure that each dish met the expectations of their guests and judges.
