Creativity and craftsmanship were on display at the SMAW Furniture Exhibit, where students presented unique pieces of furniture made from metal and wood. Guided by Sir Jomari Pinote, the exhibit represented the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) strand of TLE and highlighted the students’ skills in metalwork and fabrication.

]The exhibit featured various handcrafted furniture pieces such as metal chairs, wooden tables with metal frames, and other functional designs. Each piece reflected the students’ knowledge of welding techniques, structural design, and safety practices. Through careful planning and precise welding, students were able to transform raw materials into durable and visually appealing furniture.

The SMAW Furniture Exhibit showcased the strength, skill, and creativity of the students. Under the guidance of Sir Jomari Pinote, the students demonstrated that welding is not only a technical skill but also a form of craftsmanship. The exhibit highlighted how TLE education equips students with practical abilities that can lead to future careers in construction, fabrication, and design.
